Stack by meaning, not by suit.

Solitaire that thinks in words.

Cards carry words instead of suits: Croissant stacks on Baguette, Tango on Waltz. Clear every category's pile before the moves or the clock run out, across 1,000 hand-built levels and twelve Theme Packs. On iPhone and iPad.

Every deal, a vocabulary puzzle.

The rule replaces suit and rank: a card lands only on a card from the same category. An Ace opens its category's pile, you deliver its words home, and winning is exactly clearing the table. Foundation slots are scarce, so which category you open next is the strategy. More than 800 hand-curated categories keep the words real, from Norse Myths to Dad's Wallet.

Every player gets the identical level at the same level number, which is what makes the rest fair: a Daily Challenge on a shared deal, boards under names picked from our lists, and duels where you and a friend play the exact same cards and compare results.

New players get a short walk-through on their first game, and the clock waits until it ends. Long-press any card to read its word large, undo generously, and if you would rather not race, Relaxed mode turns the clock off in solo play.

Follow Suit by Meaning

Stack by association, not suit. Every deal is a word puzzle as much as a card game, and each pile takes its category's color as you open it.

1,000 Hand-Built Levels

One permanent level map, the same for every player, from Cakewalk to Super Hard. Picture stacks start at level 21, ordered stacks (Monday before Tuesday) at level 501, and your first win at level 500 brings a finale and a card back you can only earn.

12 Theme Packs

Twelve themed ladders of 20 levels each, from Game Day and Menagerie to Kitchen Table, Passport and Time Machine. That is 240 more levels, each pack opening as you climb.

Duel a Friend

Share a six-character code and you both get the exact same deal; the better result wins. No chat, no strangers: six preset reactions and a rematch button. Joining a duel is always free.

Daily & Leaderboards

A new Daily Challenge every day, the same deal for every player. Boards for the day and for all time, under a name you pick from our lists. No real names, ever.

A Little Every Day

Finish a game and the day counts toward your streak. A day off never ends it, and there are no reminders. Statistics keep the long view, a Home Screen widget keeps the day's puzzle one tap away, and beating a boss level opens a Bonus Round.

The Piggy Bank

Win levels and pull off bonuses to earn coins, then spend them on rescues, peeks and card backs. Coins are earned by playing, never bought.

No Ads, One Unlock

No ads, no tracking, no subscriptions. Ten free levels, one new game a day free forever, and a single purchase for all 1,000 levels and every Theme Pack. You can play anonymously.

Follow Suit on iPhone: a level in play, with word cards stacked in columns and category piles along the top.
A Putter card being dragged onto Windmill, two words from the mini golf category.
A mid-game table where each opened category pile, such as Lawn Games, Cakes and Renaissance, has taken on its own color.
A Daily Challenge in play, with picture cards of a hedgehog and a wolf and the Small Pets and Paper Dolls piles.
The Theme Packs list: Menagerie, Game Day, Playroom, Great Outdoors, Kitchen Table, Passport and Once Upon a Time, each with its progress through 20 levels.
An ordered stack in the Time Machine pack: Monday is numbered 1 and Tuesday 2, so Monday goes on the Weekdays pile first.
