It felt like a lot got done today – although its been 6 weeks in the making. Our Au Pair suite passed its framing inspection. The new heating and cooling unit is fully operational and the main contractors have finished their work and left. The insulation process will begin in a week and then we can start finishing the interior. The insulation is going to be 4 inches of closed cell spray foam which will really help keep the room at a wonderful temperature.
