Going to my first Physiotherapy to come back from my broken arm did not go as desired. The prescription from the orthopedic surgeon mentioned “massage, heat, ice, gentle movement and TENS”. Sounded pretty good to me. My wife said, “don’t worry, they won’t give you any pain today, just the good stuff”.

Definitely not the good stuff. The therapist said it was good that I hadn’t¬†immobilized my arm for the break as the shoulder capsule wasn’t as immobile as it could be. She acted like it was. Stretching to the point of pain and then all through it. Almost squealed again. She said I’d sleep better tonight. I hope there’s something good in all the pain she gave.
